Paula Noble Fellingham (Dr. Paula)

Dr. Paula Noble Fellingham has received awards from 4 Presidents of the United States: the Points of Light Award from President George W. Bush; the President’s Volunteer Service Award from Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump; and the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joseph Biden.

Recipient, Doctorate of Education in Human Relations (Ed.D.).

Author of 9 books and many magazine articles and educational courses and videos.

Honored as Washington State Young Mother of the Year, Utah State Woman of the Year, and New York City News National Woman of the Year.

Founder of the Women’s Information Network (WIN), an educational and social network for women. The WIN hosted the largest gatherings of women in history for the 100 th anniversary of International Women’s Day: 377 live events in 152 countries. www.InternationalWomensDay.org.

Founder/CEO of the WIN WIN Women Network. It was the world’s #1 interactive, live-streaming Network and international community, dedicated to helping women achieve a level of excellence in every area of their lives, in an environment created by women, for women.

Founder/Director of the non-profit organization Global Prosperity and Peace, with many active initiatives, including the Women’s Global Alliance: www.ProsperityandPeace.org and www.WomensGlobalAlliance.org.

Founder of the International Youth Parliamentwww.InternationalYouthParliament.com and the Women of the Middle East Network: www.WomenOfTheMiddleEast.org, launched in Israel.

Dr. Fellingham has given presentations at the United Nations, for the World Movement of Mothers in Paris, for the World Congress on Families in Geneva, and at many national and international conferences for 40+ years. Paula is also an active member of the service organization Rotarywww.WomeninRotary.org.

As a former radio show host and parenting/marriage expert, Paula hosted a daily two-hour radio show for years called Solutions for Families - www.SolutionsforFamilies.com.

Founder of Utah Valley Women, a nonprofit initiative to strengthen women and families in her area: www.UtahValleyWomen.org.

Dr. Paula also created Women Celebrating Life, Inc. and participated as a member of the National Board of Directors of the Worldwide Organization for Women.

Producer of The Fellingham Family musical group. The Fellingham Family eight-member band performed at the United Nations, in Europe, and in 42 American states for 12 summers. During their final season they presented 273 shows (5 shows/day and 6 shows/day on weekends).

Dr. Paula received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1971, and her Doctorate of Education in 2004. Dr. Gilbert Fellingham, a BYU Professor of Statistics, and Paula are the parents of 8 grown children.
